Provision of vehicles of any specification, make or model that meet the requirements of clients is a specialty of TASECO. The vehicles range from luxury Inter-city coaches, to buses for urban stage work and school student transportation. The seating capacity of our coaches and buses varies from 15 to 55 and all the vehicles are fully air-conditioned.

TASECO provides services throughout the Kingdom and beyond, and is not restricted to operations within the Eastern, Central or Western Provinces of Saudi Arabia.

Our Contracts Department will enter into discussions and negotiations for the provision of services for any period of time whether they be one-off services, daily, weekly or monthly. Contract durations can be for any length of time, from one day to five years, depending on our clients needs.

Although the Company has standard contract terms there is sufficient flexibility to allow for variations to suit our client’s requirements, for their specific type of service.

The services provided by the Company are comprehensive. They include highly skilled and fully trained drivers and the provision of extremely well maintained vehicles, so that whatever the eventuality the client is assured of a quality service. These services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week throughout the year and the company’s response to any call is instantaneous. Delays are minimized by utilizing the Company’s strategically located garages throughout the Kingdom.

The Company’s bus and coach fleet numbers 900 which are maintained in the Company’s ten workshops located in the Eastern, Central and Western Provinces. TASECO’s vehicle maintenance standards have been built around its long established Preventive Maintenance Programmes which have produced for the Company an enviable reputation for reliability and safety. The Company’s workshops are managed by personnel holding mechanical engineering degrees and its technicians are carefully selected and trained by both the individual vehicle manufacturers, as well as to TASECO’s own stringent standards.

The Company places safety at the top of its list of priorities and takes particular pride in its excellent safety record achieved and maintained right from its inception. A separate Safety Department monitors the performance of the Company’s vehicles to ensure that safety systems are being adhered to. The monitoring of services, schedules and operations and the seeking of improved safety measures and practices is a daily on-going exercise.

The Company understands that the role played by its drivers is vital in ensuring its clients’ complete satisfaction. Accordingly, the Company is highly selective and recruits only a small percentage of those who apply for driving positions. Only experienced bus drivers are engaged and all new driver recruits are given an intense three month period of training in the Company’s training school. The driver training program includes theoretical and practical Instruction, encompassing formal lectures, video presentations, supervised driving sessions, as well as general safety aspects. Recruits are continually monitored and however much experience they may have, are not passed out from the school until the Training Supervisor is completely satisfied that they are capable of maintaining TASECO’S high standards. The driver training programme was updated in 1995 and was redesigned to ensure that the standards equal or exceed those of the Passenger Carrying Vehicles Guidelines in the UK.
